That 1st weigh-in!!!

Its Monday which means its time to hop on those scales and check my progress for the week but before that here is how my week has gone.

I have managed to cook more home made dishes so less processed food. I've been drinking on average 5 glasses of water a day which is 5 more than before. I have also been under my calories everyday and have move more each day than previously. So a good week all round.

Now for the numbers I lost 2lbs this week which is fantastic!!!

I have also decided to make a note of my waist which is currently 42".

This week I want to keep up the walking and increase my water by 1 glass per day.
